4.Can the sample fee be refunded in bulk transaction?
1). Generally, samples value less than 5USD can be provided free of charge, and the customer pays the freight.
2). For sample value less than 50USD ,the sample fee can be refunded when 500pcs order placed
3).For sample value 50~100USD ,the sample fee can be refunded when 1000pcs order placed.

6.What kind of OEM/ODM customized service can you do ?
1) ODM- our own designed/patented antenna to meet customer’s application request, Produce accordingly to customized design / drawings with customer’s brand.
2) OEM- Other customized service: printing customer’s logo on shell or carton/box, customer’s own designed packaging box.

7.Can you sign confidentiality agreement with customer?
Yes, if necessary, we can cooperate to sign a confidentiality agreement or NDA for protecting customer's name and design.

We can provide installation instructions, The installation instructions can remove our logo or use the customer logo. If you need to customize the installation instructions, please provide the specific content and typesetting.

5~10 working days for sample , and 15~25 working days for mass production order upon order confirmation date.
